What we keep

• Your name, email, password or sign-in provider, profile photo, and user code.
• The company profile, business logo, business code, people on a desk, and invites.
• Leads, notes, follow-ups, status, ignored businesses, and emails written on a lead.
• The plan on a desk, whether it is active, and how many searches have been used.

Why

We use this to run your account, show the right desk, search for businesses that fit the company you saved, write the emails you ask for, and apply the plan limits. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

• People on the same desk can see that desk’s leads and company profile. They cannot see another company’s desk.
• A search or a written email is sent to Grok, with the company profile and the lead facts already on the desk, so the result can be made. Do not put secrets in a note you do not want used that way.
• Sign-in can go through Google or X if you choose those. They handle that sign-in under their own rules.
• Verification and password-reset emails are sent through Resend from b2bsales.app.
• The app is hosted so it can stay available. The host stores the account data needed to run it.

How long

We keep the account and the desk while the account is open. If you remove a lead, its notes and saved emails go with it. If you want the account closed, email privacy@b2bsales.app and we will delete it unless we have to keep a record for a legal or billing reason.
