Terms of use

The desk

The app helps you find businesses and keep track of those leads. Search results and written emails are drafts. You check them before you rely on them or send them. We do not promise that a lead will buy, or that a phone number, email, or website is current.

Your account

You are responsible for the sign-in on your account and for what you save on a desk. Do not use the app to break the law, to scrape in a way that harms someone, or to pretend a message was sent by someone else. We can close an account that is used that way.

Plans and price

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance to the owner of that desk. Prices in US dollars:

• Free is $0. One person, 5 searches a month, and up to 25 leads.
• Solo is $49 a month. One person and 40 searches a month.
• Team is $149 a month. The owner and up to 5 salespeople. 150 searches a month, shared by the desk.

A search and a one-business lookup each count as one search. Writing the three emails on a lead counts as one search. Unused searches do not roll over. The count resets when the monthly period renews. We can change a price later. The new price applies at the next renewal, and we will say so in the app before that charge.

Renewal and canceling

A paid plan renews each month until the owner cancels it. Cancel from the plan page on that desk. Canceling moves the desk back to Free. The owner can start a paid plan again later.

Refunds

Subscription fees are not refunded. That includes a month you already started, unused searches, and a plan you cancel partway through the month.

We will refund a charge that we were not supposed to make. That means a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancel that should have stopped billing, or a charge for a plan you did not choose. Ask within 60 days at privacy@b2bsales.app and tell us the date and the amount. If the law where you live requires a refund in some other case, we will follow that law.

The product

The app, the name B2Bsales.app, and the logo belong to SU Web Agency. You keep what you type in. You give us permission to store it and to use it to run the desk, including sending a search or an email request to the model that writes the result.

The app is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost sales, a bad lead, or a message you chose to send. If we are liable for something else, the limit is the amount you paid us for that desk in the last month.
